The Front Desk is open from 8am to 6pm. Should you anticipate arriving after 6pm, please call to coordinate in advance. Early check-in is subject to availability.

Check-out is 11am on the day of your departure.

The Main Inn has three floors of rooms and there is no elevator in the building. All second and third floor guest rooms are walk-up. If you or someone in your party would benefit from staying in a room on the first floor, please call ahead so we can try to accommodate your needs.

Room Occupancy: We welcome children to stay at the Inn. Please let us know in advance if you will need a crib setup in your room.

Additional Incidentals: There is a $50+ tax fee per person per night for any additional guests 12 years of age or older. Certain guest rooms can accommodate a cot for an additional $25 per stay. Please contact us in advance if you will need a cot in your room. Cots are subject to availability.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs for an additional fee of $25 per dog, per day. Dogs CANNOT be left unsupervised in guest rooms for any amount of time. Please call 203-438-7323 to confirm availability of a pet-friendly room.

The Inn is smoke free. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and facilities. A minimum cleaning fee fo $250 per violation will be charged per the room(s) responsible.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of reservation. The balance of your reservation will be charged ten (10) days prior to your arrival. Reservations made through third-party websites such as Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, and Airbnb will be charged 100% plus tax and fees at the time of booking. Any reservation made on such sites must be canceled directly through that site.

Cancellations of your reservation ten (10) days prior to your check-in date are refundable less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Please note voice message cannot be accepted for cancellations. All cancellations must be confirmed via a telephone conversation with us or via a confirmed email correspondence. Please reference your confirmation number when cancelling.

Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a credit card, email address and mobile phone number. We will not accept checks for room bookings. Full payment is due upon check-out. Must be 21 years or older to book a reservation. Although we try to fulfill all of our guests requests, bookings and room preferences are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
