If you’re staying for only one night, we request your lodging deposit in full at the time of the reservation being made. For two or more nights, we will need a 50% deposit of your stay.

A two-night minimum is required weekends, from June 1 – October 15th, and during certain holidays.

Reservations made through third-party websites such as, Expedia, VRBO, and Airbnb will be charged a 100% deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation of any portion of your reservation may be made 7 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the check-in date will be charged for the full amount of the reservation unless the room is rebooked.

The West Lane Inn has a limited number of rooms, which is ideal for the kind of personalized attention we like to give our guests – but it also limits the number of reservations we can accept. Our cancellation policy must take this into account, so we thank you for understanding.

The West Lane Inn does not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness of injury, or family emergencies.

Cancellations must be made by phone, not via email.

If you made your reservation through a third-party website such as, Expedia, VRBO, or Airbnb, you are bound to the cancellation policies agreed to when booking on their website. The cancellation policies on their website may differ from our standard cancellation policies when booking directly with The West Lane Inn, any reservation made on a third-party website must be canceled through the third-party website.

Check-in is anytime between 3pm and 6pm. If you think you’ll be arriving later than 6pm, please contact us so we can make arrangements for a late check-in.

Check-out time is 11am. We will do our best to honor requests for early check-in and late check-out depending on room availability. Otherwise, we are happy to store your baggage.

Payment is taken at time of check-in. We accept cash and credit cards. No checks.
